Another recipe for #thegr8cleanse from Valerie Fidan! We can't get enough of her chia puddings. Blend, refrigerate and enjoy—simple as that!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (vanilla)
- 1/8 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- pinch of sea salt
- Optional: stevia, to taste
Topping:
- 1/8 cup gr8nola
- 1/8 cup blueberries
- 1 strawberry, sliced
Directions
In a high speed blender add banana, almond milk, sea salt, vanilla bean and collagen peptides and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
In a bowl, add chia seeds, hemp seeds and banana milk mix and mix vigorously. Let it sit for 10 minutes and mix a 2nd time to break down any clumps. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight before adding toppings.
Makes 1-2 servings
