Recipe makes 2-3 servings.


  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp gr8nola 
  • Edible flowers
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Dragon fruit, scooped out into 1/2 inch balls
Chia Pudding Base
  • 6 tbsp chia pudding
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut shavings
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Stevia, to taste (or honey)
Smoothie Base
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ cup zucchini, chopped and frozen
  • ¼ cup strawberries, frozen
  • ¼ cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored)
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup water


Chia Pudding Base
In a small/medium mixing bowl, add in all ingredients and mix vigorously for 1-2 minutes to break up any clumping. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and mix one last time to break up any clumping that has formed. Let the mix sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before enjoying.

Smoothie Base
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until everything is smooth for about 60-90 seconds. If the mix is too thick, add in more water. 

In a 12 or 16oz glass, add in ¾ cup chia pudding for the bottom layer. Next, add in ¼ cup gr8nola and then add in 1 cup smoothie. Top with a light layer of chia pudding and 1 tbsp of gr8nola, a few blueberries, dragon fruit and edible flowers. Enjoy!
