Ingredients
- ¼ cup + 1 tbsp gr8nola
- Edible flowers
- Fresh blueberries
- Dragon fruit, scooped out into 1/2 inch balls
- 6 tbsp chia pudding
- 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut shavings
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- Stevia, to taste (or honey)
- ¼ avocado
- ½ cup zucchini, chopped and frozen
- ¼ cup strawberries, frozen
- ¼ cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 tbsp coconut shavings
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored)
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup water
Directions
Chia Pudding Base:
- In a small/medium mixing bowl, add in all ingredients and mix vigorously for 1-2 minutes to break up any clumping. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and mix one last time to break up any clumping that has formed. Let the mix sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before enjoying.
Smoothie Base:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until everything is smooth for about 60-90 seconds. If the mix is too thick, add in more water.
Parfait:
- In a 12 or 16oz glass, add in ¾ cup chia pudding for the bottom layer. Next, add in ¼ cup gr8nola and then add in 1 cup smoothie. Top with a light layer of chia pudding and 1 tbsp of gr8nola, a few blueberries, dragon fruit and edible flowers. Enjoy!
