Ingredients
- Mandarin Oranges
- Dark Chocolate Chips
- OG gr8nola
Directions
- Very carefully remove the top section of peel from a mandarin orange. Using a spoon, scoop out the orange slices. Save the slices to freeze for smoothies, or eat them right then :-). Be careful to keep the remaining portion of the peel in tact, so you are left with orange "bowls". These are your "pumpkins".
- Next, measure out equal parts gr8nola and dark chocolate chips. Then, melt your dark chocolate chips. Mix the melted chocolate and gr8nola together, and scoop the mixture into your "pumpkins". Let sit or refrigerate until hard. Enjoy as is, or crumble up for a topping on your favorite yogurt, smoothie, ice cream, etc. Enjoy!
