Is it just us or does this look like a loaded Oreo cookie sundae? It's hard to believe this recipe is both clean (no dairy, soy or refined sugars) and incredibly easy to make!
This recipe was created by the talented Chad Montano (@briewilly) using our Black Coco Chia gr8nola, which gives it the cookies n cream appearance.
Makes 3-4 servings
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Black Coco Chia gr8nola
- Add all ingredients (except gr8nola) to a bowl, jar, or Tupperware that has a lid. Mix all of the contents well and let sit for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to "gel."
- After 10 minutes, re-mix the contents, cover with the lid and allow to refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- To create the layered parfait look, alternate chia pudding and Charcoal Chia gr8nola in a mason jar (or stemless wine glass could work!).
