Is it just us or does this look like a loaded Oreo cookie sundae? It's hard to believe this recipe is both clean (no dairy, soy or refined sugars) and incredibly easy to make!
Makes 3-4 servings
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Charcoal Chia gr8nola
Add all ingredients (except gr8nola) to a bowl, jar, or Tupperware that has a lid. Mix all of the contents well and let sit for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to "gel".
After 10 minutes, re-mix the contents, cover with the lid and allow to refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
To create the layered parfait look, alternate chia pudding and Charcoal Chia gr8nola in a mason jar (or stemless wine glass could work!).
