#gr8nolamadness is in full swing - and this week we're featuring an amazing Stuffed Sweet Potato Recipe from Mikaela at The Designing Foodie!
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 1 sweet potato
- 1/2 avocado
- Dollop of nut butter
- 1/4 cup gr8nola
- Microwave sweet potato for 5-6 minutes (or alternatively, roast for 1 hour at 300 degrees)
- Slice open sweet potato and stuff with avocado, nut butter and raspberries
- Sprinkle with gr8nola - enjoy!
