No-Bake Mummy Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Cacao Crisp gr8nola
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- ⅓ cup vegan white chocolate chips (we love Pascha Organic Vegan White Baking Chips)
- 1-2 tsp. coconut oil
- Eye-shaped candy sprinkles
Directions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
- Blend the Cacao Crisp gr8nola in a blender or food processor until fully ground.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, cinnamon and salt. Stir until full combined.
- Add the ground Cacao Crisp gr8nola, and mix together until it comes together as a thick “dough.” You may need to use your hands!
- Scoop the granola bar mixture by the tablespoonful, and form into a rectangle with your hands. Place the rectangular granola bar on the prepared parchment paper, and repeat until you have a full tray of granola bars.
- Melt the vegan white chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth and creamy, then place in a piping bag (or a ziploc bag), and drizzle the white chocolate onto the granola bars in order to achieve the “mummy” look.
- Add the eye-shaped sprinkles, and then place the tray of granola bars in the fridge to set.
- Allow to set for 2 hours, and then enjoy!
