- 1/2 yogurt [We prefer coconut or vanilla flavored]
- 1/2 tbsp ghee
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium apple [We prefer red or pink apple]
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
Slice banana and sautee it in ghee. Cut apple in thin slices and drizzle with almond butter. In a bowl, mix yogurt, sauteed banana, apple slices and add desired amount of cinnamon and gr8nola on the top. Enjoy!
