- 1/2 cupe yogurt [We prefer coconut or vanilla flavored]
- 1/2 Tbsp. ghee
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium apple [We prefer red or pink apple]
- 1 Tbsp. of almond butter
- Slice banana and sautee it in ghee.
- Cut apple in thin slices and drizzle with almond butter.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, sauteed banana, apple slices and add desired amount of cinnamon and gr8nola on the top. Enjoy!
