We love finding ways to sneak veggies into every meal, and Valerie Fidan makes it easy for us with her incredible recipes! #TheGr8Cleanse friendly and absolutely delicious :).
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut shavings
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/2 tbsp stevia
Toppings:
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp coconut shavings
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter butter & gr8nola
Directions:
Add all zoat ingredients, except the oats, into a high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Combine milk mix and top with banana slices, blueberries, coconut shavings and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
