Chad Montano is an OG gr8nola fan who always thinks outside the box! This pecanola is no exception the perfect crunchy treat to add to any meal this holiday season.
- 1/2 cup gr8nola (try Turmeric or OG)
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Melt down butter into a pan over medium heat. Add pecans and granola, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cinnamon, salt, and honey. Mix once more then place the mixture onto a piece of wax paper and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Chop up, if needed and add to salads, yogurt, smoothies, etc. Enjoy!
