Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 bag PB gr8nola
  • ½ cup plant-based protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • optional: ashwagandha powder
  • optional: vegan dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the gr8nola to a fine flour.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gr8nola, protein powder and salt. Add the ashwagandha powder, if using. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Add the peanut butter and honey, and stir until the mixture comes together (kind of like a cookie dough texture).
  4. If using chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture.
  5. Scoop the prepared mixture by the tablespoon, and roll into balls.
  6. Enjoy, and store in an airtight container for up to a week!
