Who needs chocolate covered strawberries, when you can have vegan Strawberry Dark Chocolate Bark? We combined the best of boat worlds to make this deliciously sweet treat. Best of all, this beautiful bark is sprinkled with Cinnamon Chai gr8nola for a crispy, lightly spiced crunch.

Strawberry Dark Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
Bark:
- 2 cups vegan dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
Toppings
- Cinnamon Chai gr8nola
- 1 cup dried strawberries
- Optional: vegan white chocolate chips to sprinkle on top, or to melt and drizzle
Directions
- Line a 9x13 cookie sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
- Combine the dark chocolate with coconut oil, and melt over a double boiler (or in the microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval).
- Once the chocolate is fully melted, pour the chocolate into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle with your toppings, then place in the fridge to set (approximately 30 minutes). Once hardened, remove from the pan, crack it up and snack it up!
