We blended up three creamy and delicious adaptogen lattes to match three of our very own gr8nola superfood flavors: Black Coco Chia (we made a charcoal-infused coconut milk latte), Golden Spice (we made a turmeric-infused golden milk latte) and Cacao Crisp (we made a cacao-infused maca latte). These plant-based and vegan-friendly lattes are brimming with health benefits, and are made with clean and natural ingredients -- no refined sugar, dairy or soy!

These immune-boosting lattes are not only steeped with our favorite superfoods, but they’re also infused with stress-soothing adaptogens so you can sip your stress away while enjoying a delightfully frothy treat.

Charcoal Coconut Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 tsp. charcoal powder
  • 1 tsp. Reishi mushroom (we suggest Moon Juice Reishi)
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and water until it just reaches a boil.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until fully combined and frothy.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug, and sprinkle with more charcoal if desired.
  4. Drink up!

Calming Cacao-Maca Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tsp. Ashwagandha mushroom (we suggest Bare Organics)
  • 1-2 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the cashew milk and water until it just reaches a boil.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until fully combined and frothy.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug, and sprinkle with more cacao powder if desired.
  4. Drink up!

Spiced Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ tsp. turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp. fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Chaga mushroom (we suggest Moon Juice)
  • 1-2 tsp. coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • orange zest (optional)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the oat milk and water until it just reaches a boil.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until fully combined and frothy.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug, and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  4. Drink up!
