This granola butter is made with our Cinnamon Chai gr8nola, and packed with superfood chai spices that give it a tasty fresh-baked oatmeal cookie flavor. The recipe is totally clean, vegan-friendly, and sweetened naturally with coconut sugar, coconut flakes and maple syrup. Slather a scoop or two onto your favorite toast, banana, or smoothie -- or eat it straight out of the jar. ;)
Oatmeal Cookie Granola Butter
- 1⅓ cups Cinnamon Chai gr8nola
- 1 cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup coconut flakes
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup tahini
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- Dash of cardamom, allspice, ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Store in a jar, and enjoy!
