Directions

Base Layer:

  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend gr8nola to a fine flour.
  3. Add almond flour and medjool dates, and blend until fully combined.
  4. Add coconut oil by the tablespoon, and mix with a spoon until fully combined, and the mixture sticks together when pinched with your fingers.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan, and press firmly into the pan. Place in freezer while you prepare the caramel layer.

Caramel & Peanut Layer:

  3. Sprinkle the peanuts evenly over the caramel layer.
  4. Place in freezer while you prepare the chocolate layer.

Chocolate Layer:

  1. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, and pour over the caramel layer. Spread chocolate evenly, and place in the fridge to set (about 30 minutes).
  2. Slice and enjoy!
